Functieomschrijving De managementondersteuner werkt bij 't Kabouterhuis, een maatschappelijke organisatie in de specialistische jeugdzorg en jeugd GGZ. De managementondersteuner biedt organisatorische, administratieve en secretariële ondersteuning voor regiomanagement, de teams op de locaties en voor de afdelingen van Staf en Ondersteuning. En fungeert als verbindende factor tussen het regiomanagement, de andere locaties en de afdelingen van Staf en Ondersteuning Over 't Kabouterhuis Bij 't Kabouterhuis hebben we allemaal dezelfde drijfveer: het jonge kind en hun ouders. Begeleiden in die eerste kwetsbare stappen maakt ons werk zo waardevol. Dat is waarom we dit doen. Onze teams zijn bevlogen, multidisciplinair en staan altijd naast elkaar én naast ouders.
