Als managementondersteuner bij DUO in Den Haag ben jij de rechterhand van de directeur. Met jouw inzet zorg je dat alles achter de schermen soepel verloopt. Wat ga je doen? Een afwisselende baan waarin geen dag hetzelfde is. Als managementondersteuner bij Dienst Uitvoering Onderwijs (DUO) ben jij de rechterhand van de directeur OI. Jij zorgt dat haar agenda klopt, vergaderingen goed zijn voorbereid en belangrijke afspraken niet worden vergeten. Dankzij jouw ondersteuning kan de directeur zich volledig richten op haar werk. De directeur werkt afwisselend in Den Haag, Groningen en hybride. Dat vraagt om flexibiliteit en een goede planning. Jij weet wat er speelt, denkt vooruit en schakelt snel als plannen veranderen. Je werkt in een dynamische en politiek gevoelige omgeving, waarin jouw zelfstandigheid en betrouwbaarheid belangrijk zijn. Jouw werkzaamheden: - Je beheert de agenda van de directeur en plant en bewaakt afspraken en overleggen. - Je organiseert vergaderingen, verzamelt stukken en zorgt dat alles goed is voorbereid. - Je verwerkt belangrijke gegevens, archiveert documenten, maakt notulen en ontvangt bezoekers. - Je behandelt binnenkomende e-mails, telefoontjes en post. - Je bepaalt welke vragen en afspraken voorrang hebben en gaat zorgvuldig om met gevoelige informatie. - Je bereidt het maandelijkse overleg met de onderdeelcommissie van de ondernemingsraad voor en maakt verslagen.
