Een volle agenda, vijf mensen die iets van je nodig hebben en ondertussen moet dat overleg van vanmiddag nog voorbereid worden. Jij houdt het hoofd koel en het overzicht scherp als managementassistent. Je werkt via Driessen bij overheidsorganisaties in Utrecht. Achter de schermen gebeurt daar véél, beleid, besluitvorming, maatschappelijke vraagstukken, en jij zorgt dat de mensen die dit werk doen daadwerkelijk kunnen dóórwerken. Managers kunnen pas goede keuzes maken als iemand het overzicht houdt. Jij dus.

Wat je dagelijks oppakt:

• Je beheert agenda's en plant afspraken en overleggen. • Je bereidt vergaderingen voor en zorgt dat de juiste stukken klaarliggen. • Je notuleert, houdt actiepunten bij en bewaakt de opvolging. • Je helpt projecten en teams om structuur en overzicht te houden. • Je ziet wat er moet gebeuren en pakt dat waar mogelijk alvast op

• Een afgeronde mbo 4-opleiding, bijvoorbeeld administratief of secretarieel. • Minimaal 2 jaar relevante werkervaring. • Ervaring met agendabeheer, plannen, organiseren en notuleren. • Een klantgerichte en samenwerkingsgerichte houding. • Een goed gevoel voor verhoudingen en belangen binnen een organisatie.
