Over SMC Flevoland Sport Medisch Centrum Flevoland is een ambitieuze multidisciplinaire zorgorganisatie waarin sport, gezondheid, revalidatie en leefstijl samenkomen. Binnen onze organisatie werken onder andere fysiotherapeuten, GZ-psychologen, leefstijlcoaches, diëtisten, een osteopaat, sportartsen, trainers en administratieve medewerkers nauw met elkaar samen. Onze organisatie groeit snel. Dat betekent dat we voortdurend bezig zijn met het verbeteren van werkprocessen, het ontwikkelen van nieuwe diensten, het implementeren van systemen en het verder professionaliseren van onze organisatie. Daarbij kunnen we jouw frisse blik, kritische vragen en slimme ideeën goed gebruiken. Wat ga je doen? Als Managementstagiair(e) draai je mee binnen het management en werk je aan actuele vraagstukken binnen de organisatie. Je houdt je niet alleen bezig met onderzoek en advies, maar ondersteunt ook bij de dagelijkse bedrijfsvoering. Zo leer je onze organisatie van binnenuit kennen en zie je direct wat het effect van jouw bijdrage is.
