Als Manager S&OP bij Verstegen krijg je de kans om een belangrijke stap te zetten in de verdere professionalisering van onze supply chain. Jij zorgt ervoor dat klantvraag, productiecapaciteit en materiaalbeschikbaarheid beter op elkaar aansluiten. Niet alleen door de dagelijkse planning goed te organiseren, maar vooral door processen slimmer, betrouwbaarder en toekomstbestendig te maken. Je stuurt een ambitieus planningsteam aan met collega's binnen Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Productieplanning en MRP Planning. Een team met veel kennis en energie, maar ook een team dat behoefte heeft aan richting, coaching en verdere ontwikkeling. Deze rol draait om meer dan plannen. Jij bouwt verder aan een volwassen S&OP-proces, brengt structuur aan, verbetert samenwerking tussen afdelingen en zorgt dat beslissingen steeds meer gebaseerd worden op data en duidelijke processen. Als onderdeel van het Operationeel Management Team werk je daarnaast samen met collega-leiders aan de operationele doelen van Verstegen.
