Voor het Geriant Kenniscentrum Dementie (GKD) zoeken wij een ondernemende manager die het GKD helpt doorgroeien naar een sterker extern gepositioneerd en bedrijfsmatig steviger georganiseerd kenniscentrum. Het Geriant Kenniscentrum Dementie Het Geriant Kenniscentrum Dementie (GKD) ontwikkelt en deelt kennis over dementiezorg. Het kenniscentrum ondersteunt professionals binnen en buiten Geriant met alle vormen van educatie en praktijkgerichte leerproducten. De komende periode staat in het teken van verdere groei: regionaal én landelijk, met een sterker extern aanbod en een duidelijke bedrijfsmatige basis. Daarbij verkennen we hoe het GKD zich kan ontwikkelen tot een zelfstandiger bedrijfsonderdeel binnen Geriant, bijvoorbeeld als businessunit of vergelijkbare organisatorische vorm. De ambitie is om het kenniscentrum minimaal kostendekkend te laten functioneren, zonder de belangrijke interne opdracht rondom educatie, onboarding en praktijkbegeleiding los te laten. Jouw opdracht Als manager GKD geef je richting aan de volgende ontwikkelfase van het kenniscentrum. Je onderzoekt en werkt een toekomstscenario uit waarin GKD steviger extern wordt gepositioneerd, nieuwe omzet ontwikkelt en bedrijfsmatig beter stuurbaar wordt. Daarbij coördineer je het vertalen van inhoudelijke kwaliteit naar aantrekkelijke producten en diensten voor zorg- en welzijnsorganisaties, ketenpartners en andere relevante doelgroepen.
