Dan zoeken we jou! Voor het Real Estate Collateral & Valuation (REC&V) team zoeken wij een Team Manager die leiding geeft aan een team van vastgoed- en waarderingsspecialisten. Het REC&V-team is onderdeel van het Credit Risk Collateral Centre en verantwoordelijk voor het waarborgen van de kwaliteit en betrouwbaarheid van commercieel vastgoedtaxaties binnen ABN AMRO. Het team beoordeelt taxaties, beheert externe taxatiepartners en ziet toe op de naleving van interne beleidskaders en externe regelgeving. De uitkomsten vormen een belangrijke basis voor kredietbeslissingen, risicobeheersing en kapitaalsvereisten. Je werk Als Teammanager Vastgoedwaarderingen stuur je een team van specialisten aan dat de kwaliteit van commercieel vastgoedtaxaties bewaakt. Je richt processen slim en beheerst in, zodat collega's zich kunnen focussen op hun expertise. Je verbetert de operatie, stimuleert digitalisering en onderhoudt contact met interne en externe stakeholders. Daarbij houd je scherp zicht op kwaliteit, risico's, capaciteit en resultaten. Daarnaast houd je je bezig met: - coachen, begeleiden en ontwikkelen van medewerkers; - verbeteren van processen, controles en managementinformatie; - stimuleren van automatisering, data-gedreven werken en AI-toepassingen; - beheren van relaties met externe taxatiepartners en brancheorganisaties; - vertegenwoordigen van het team in projecten en veranderinitiatieven.
