En ben jij een ervaren manager die verbinding weet te combineren met richting, rust en duidelijkheid? INEA is het landelijke expertisecentrum voor Identiteit, Nazorg, Erkenning en interlandelijke Adoptievraagstukken. De organisatie werkt in een maatschappelijk en politiek gevoelig speelveld, waarin verschillende perspectieven en belangen samenkomen. Dat vraagt om zorgvuldig en betrokken leiderschap én om het vermogen om duidelijke keuzes te maken. Als Manager Expertisecentrum geef je leiding aan ongeveer 30 bevlogen professionals. Je bouwt verder aan een organisatie waarin expertise en professionele ruimte hand in hand gaan met heldere kaders, samenwerking en resultaat. Je geeft richting waar dat nodig is en creëert ruimte waar dat kan. Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de directeur-bestuurder van Fiom en maakt deel uit van het managementteam van Fiom. Je geeft direct leiding aan drie teamcoördinatoren en drie communicatiespecialisten en indirect aan de overige professionals binnen INEA. Jouw opgave INEA staat aan het begin van een volgende ontwikkelfase. De afgelopen periode is gewerkt aan meer structuur, stabiliteit en professionalisering. Aan jou de opdracht om daarop voort te bouwen en samen met de professionals binnen INEA de volgende stap te zetten. - het verder versterken van rust, vertrouwen en duidelijkheid binnen de organisatie; - het bieden van heldere kaders en richting, met oog voor de expertise en professionele ruimte van medewerkers; - het verder ontwikkelen van processen, kwaliteit ...
