Het team is compleet, betrokken en ervaren. Aan jou de taak om dit verder te borgen, bewaken en de teams te verbinden. Als meewerkend locatiemanager combineer je werken op de groep met coördinerende taken. Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor het team, ouders en stakeholders. Juliana van Stolberglaan C is een uitdagende locatie met drie BSO-groepen, een huiswerk-BSO en TSO. Ook stuur je de onderwijsassistenten aan die op de Vondelschool werkzaam zijn. Hierdoor werk nauw samen met de Vondelschool en de andere twee Les Petits-locaties op het terrein. Wat ga je doen? - Werken op de BSO en TSO. - Coachen en begeleiden van collega's. - Aanspreekpunt zijn voor ouders en het team. - Bijdragen aan een positieve teamsfeer en hoge kwaliteit. - Het aansturen van vier onderwijsassistenten. Werkdagen - 28 uur per week - Maandag, dinsdag, donderdag en vrijdagochtend - Ochtend: kantoorwerkzaamheden en TSO. - Middag: werken op de BSO.
