Dan maken we graag kennis met je. Wat ga je doen? Als Manager Woningbeheer Facilitair ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse aansturing én verdere ontwikkeling van Woningbeheer Facilitair. Je werkt op het snijvlak van mensen, processen en organisatieontwikkeling. Je zorgt dat de operatie goed loopt, maar kijkt tegelijkertijd vooruit: waar kunnen we verbeteren en hoe zorgen we ervoor dat onze manier van werken klaar is voor de toekomst? Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Leidinggeven, coachen en ontwikkelen van medewerkers; - Verbeteren en professionaliseren van processen; - Sturen op kwaliteit, resultaten en KPI's; - Initiëren en begeleiden van verandertrajecten; - Versterken van de samenwerking tussen verschillende vestigingen en disciplines; - Vertalen van strategische doelstellingen naar concrete acties; - Analyseren van resultaten en deze gebruiken om de organisatie verder te verbeteren; - Signaleren van kansen en knelpunten en hier daadwerkelijk mee aan de slag gaan.
