In deze rol combineer je strategie, klantrelaties en teamontwikkeling. Kortom: een dynamische functie waarin jij écht impact maakt! Wat ga je doen? Als Manager ValkProjects ben je continu in beweging. Je schakelt tussen strategie en operatie, tussen klant en team, en tussen verschillende landen en projecten. Geen dag is hetzelfde. En juist dat maakt deze rol zo interessant! Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Het monitoren van de EPC-doelstellingen en ontwikkelen van klantstrategieën en meerjarenplannen. - Je inspireert, coacht en ontwikkelt teams en collega's, zowel binnen Channel Sales als internationale teams, en haalt het beste in iedereen naar boven. - Je speelt een sleutelrol in het succes van onze salesactiviteiten: je ondersteunt bij leads, offertes en projectkansen en weet internationale EPC-klanten aan je te binden. - Je ziet kansen in de markt en vertaalt deze naar commerciële successen, waarbij je actief cross- en upselling stimuleert. - Je onderhoudt sterke relaties met klanten en stakeholders op verschillende niveaus. - Je denkt continu mee over verbeteringen in processen, producten en samenwerking en draagt actief bij aan de verdere professionalisering van de organisatie. - Je bewaakt de kwaliteit van projecten en zorgt samen met het team voor continue verbetering en klanttevredenheid.
