Continuity Safeguard the continuity of services for 9.5 million customers by leading the bank's response to major incidents and ensuring rapid recovery of critical operations. You & Your Function Lead the operational management of major incidents and crises that impact IT, security, or business operations. As a Continuity Manager, you coordinate stakeholders across the organisation, restore critical services under pressure, and drive continuous improvement after every disruption. Whether managing a large-scale IT outage or guiding post-incident evaluations, you ensure Rabobank remains resilient when continuity matters most. Examples for Practices - Coordinate the resolution of major incidents to minimise customer impact and restore critical services quickly. - Strengthen continuity management processes by identifying risks and implementing structural improvements. - Enable stakeholders to make informed decisions during crises through effective coordination and communication, while building awareness and knowledge through training, workshops and crisis games.
