Een mooie opdracht voor een manager die energie krijgt van mensen ontwikkelen, professionals in hun kracht zetten en bewegen op het snijvlak van bestuur, organisatie en strategische advisering. Jouw rolAls Teammanager Concernstaf ben je integraal verantwoordelijk voor het functioneren en de ontwikkeling van het team. Je geeft richting en stelt duidelijke kaders, maar geeft professionals tegelijkertijd de ruimte om vanuit hun eigen expertise en verantwoordelijkheid te werken. Het team bestaat uit concern- en bestuursadviseurs en medewerkers van het bestuurssecretariaat. Samen ondersteunen zij bestuur en organisatie bij belangrijke strategische en bestuurlijke vraagstukken. Jij zorgt voor de verbinding tussen de verschillende disciplines en creëert de randvoorwaarden waarin professionals hun werk optimaal kunnen doen. - geeft leiding aan circa 24 professionals en zorgt voor duidelijkheid, prioriteiten en samenhang; - stimuleert eigenaarschap, samenwerking en kennisdeling binnen het team; - coacht medewerkers in hun professionele en persoonlijke ontwikkeling; - verbindt verschillende expertises en zorgt voor een professionele en open werkomgeving; - bent een stevige en benaderbare gesprekspartner voor medewerkers, management, directie en bestuur; - beweegt gemakkelijk binnen de politiek-bestuurlijke dynamiek van een gemeente; - signaleert ontwikkelingen en knelpunten en vertaalt deze naar concrete acties; - draagt bij aan de verdere professionalisering en ontwikkeling van de organisatie.
