De renovatieafdeling groeit, projecten worden groter en complexer en de behoefte aan verdere professionalisering neemt toe. Daarom zoeken zij een Manager Renovatieteam Noord die vanuit de locatie Hoogeveen richting geeft aan deze ontwikkeling in Groningen, Friesland en Drenthe. In deze rol ben je eindverantwoordelijk voor de grootschalige renovatie- en verduurzamingsprojecten binnen Regio Noord. Je geeft direct leiding aan een team van negen medewerkers en bent samen met de vestigingen in Groningen, Drachten, Emmen en Hoogeveen verantwoordelijk voor de inzet van eigen vakmensen en diverse projectgebonden samenwerkingspartners. Daarbij stuur je niet alleen de afdeling aan, maar ben je ook zelf verantwoordelijk voor enkele projecten als projectleider en een actief sparringpartner voor MT leden, opdrachtgevers en collega's. SW zoekt nadrukkelijk geen "manager op afstand", maar een bouwkundige professional die vanuit kennis, ervaring en betrokkenheid zijn mensen verder helpt. Iemand die projecten begrijpt, sparringpartner is voor projectleiders en opdrachtgevers en het voorbeeld geeft binnen het team. Een belangrijk onderdeel van jouw rol is het begeleiden en ontwikkelen van medewerkers. Je helpt medewerkers en collega's groeien in hun vak, stimuleert kennisdeling en creëert eigenaarschap binnen het team. Samen met jouw collega's realiseer je renovatie- en verduurzamingsprojecten voor met name woningcorporaties.
