Wij zoeken een persoon die per direct de klus met beide handen aangrijpt en zelfstandig kan werken. Tegelijkertijd ben je een manager die zijn/haar intercedent(en) weet te inspireren en ruimte biedt voor hun ontwikkeling. Verder ben je verantwoordelijk voor de volgende werkzaamheden: - De dagelijkse bedrijfsvoering op de vestiging; - Het uitzetten van de lijnen en het bewaken van groei en visie; - Het boeken van resultaten mbt omzet en marge; - Salesactiviteiten; het zien, maar vooral ook creëren en benutten van kansen in de markt behoort tot één van je primaire taken; - Het op- en uitbouwen van ons klantenbestand en partnerschappen; - De aansturing van het enthousiaste vestigingsteam om optimale resultaten te behalen. Functie-eisen - Een HBO denk- en werkniveau; - Ervaring in de uitzendbranche is een must; - Commerciële drive en geen 9 tot 5 mentaliteit; - Leidinggevende ervaring; - Affiniteit met de Transport/ Bus/ Taxibranche is een pré; - Rijbewijs B.
