Je werkt met DGA's, MKB-ondernemers en familiebedrijven en ondersteunt hen bij de financiële kant van hun onderneming. Je stelt jaarrekeningen samen, bespreekt deze en adviseert over vraagstukken die verder gaan dan cijfers alleen. Daarnaast ontwikkel jij je team én jezelf, waar jou wens ook ligt. Jouw carrière, Jouw keuze. Wat ga je doen? Als Manager Accountancy ben je eindverantwoordelijk voor je klanten en de ontwikkeling van je team. Je helpt klanten vooruit door mee te denken over de groei, structuur en toekomstbestendigheid van hun organisatie. Tegelijkertijd begeleidt je collega's in hun ontwikkeling en draag je bij aan hoe we onze praktijk verder vormgeven. Je signaleert verbeteringen in onze processen en werkt nauw samen met collega's uit je team maar ook uit onze andere service lines zodat je klanten het beste advies krijgen. Concreet betekent dat: - Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor jouw klanten en bouwt duurzame relaties op. - Je stelt jaarrekeningen samen en bespreekt deze met ondernemers. - Je adviseert klanten over financiële en organisatorische vraagstukken. - Je begeleidt en coacht collega's in hun ontwikkeling. - Je werkt samen met collega's uit overige disciplines om klanten breder te ondersteunen. - Je signaleert kansen voor verbetering en denkt mee over de ontwikkeling van de praktijk.
