Manager Accountancy & Advice - Utrecht Intro Voor een van onze opdrachtgevers, een top-10 accountantskantoor, zoeken wij een ambitieuze Manager Accountancy & Advice. Een rol voor een professional die verantwoordelijkheid wil nemen, inhoudelijk wil verdiepen en wil doorgroeien binnen een dynamische, internationale organisatie. De functie Als Manager Accountancy & Advice ben je Trusted Advisor voor ondernemers en organisaties. Je voert het gesprek over bedrijfseconomische en bedrijfskundige vraagstukken en kijkt daarbij nadrukkelijk vooruit. Je bouwt duurzame klantrelaties op, signaleert kansen en draagt actief bij aan de verdere groei van de Utrechtse praktijk. Daarnaast ben je verantwoordelijk voor het optimaliseren van de dienstverlening en de interne organisatie. Je coacht (Junior) Managers en assistenten en werkt nauw samen met collega's uit andere disciplines. Over de organisatie In Utrecht werk je in een divers en hecht team met een informele sfeer. Ondernemerschap staat centraal en je krijgt veel vrijheid om initiatieven te nemen en de praktijk verder uit te bouwen. Samenwerken is een kernwaarde.
