Voor een groeiend accountancy- en advieskantoor in Gent zoekt Konnekt een ervaren Manager Accountancy.

Je stuurt een hecht team aan en werkt voor kmo’s en familiebedrijven die rekenen op jouw strategisch en persoonlijk advies. Kwaliteit, vertrouwen en groei staan centraal — voor klanten én voor jou.

Functieomschrijving

  • Je leidt een team binnen Accountancy & Reporting. Je helpt collega’s ontwikkelen en zorgt voor een sterke teamdynamiek.
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor correcte en tijdige afwerking van dossiers. Kwaliteit en klantgerichtheid staan voorop.
  • Je denkt mee met klanten. Je geeft helder advies over boekhouding, rapportering en fiscale vragen.
  • Je bouwt duurzame klantenrelaties op. Door regelmatige contacten weet je wat er leeft en speel je daarop in.
  • Je combineert je rol als manager met inhoudelijk werk. Je gebruikt je expertise om samen tot de beste oplossing te komen.
  • Je krijgt ruimte om jezelf te ontwikkelen, zowel als leider als expert. Een open cultuur en betrokken team helpen je daarbij.
  • Bachelor of master in accountancy, fiscaliteit, economie of handelswetenschappen
  • Minstens 8 jaar ervaring binnen een accountancy- of advieskantoor
  • Ervaring met internationale dossiers is een troef
  • ITAA-erkenning behaald of bereid om deze te behalen
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden, zowel schriftelijk als mondeling
  • Vlot in Nederlands en Engels; kennis van Frans is een pluspunt
  • Klantgericht en oplossingsgericht, met oog voor lange termijnrelaties
