Vanuit Nieuwegein en Amsterdam werken wij aan fiscale, juridische en financiële vraagstukken. Wij brengen verschillende disciplines samen, zodat onze cliënten kunnen rekenen op adviezen die inhoudelijk kloppen en in hun onderneming toepasbaar zijn. Accounting & Reporting vormt daarbij een belangrijke basis. Betrouwbare cijfers, goed onderbouwde jaarrekeningen en inzichtelijke rapportages ondersteunen de beslissingen van ondernemers en de advisering door onze specialisten. Automatisering en AI zijn een vast onderdeel van onze werkwijze. Wij verwachten van iedere medewerker dat deze middelen actief en structureel worden toegepast om de kwaliteit en efficiëntie van het werk te verbeteren. De rol Als Manager Accounting & Reporting geef je vanuit onze vestiging in Nieuwegein leiding aan het team en draag je verantwoordelijkheid voor de kwaliteit en voortgang van de dossiers binnen jouw portefeuille. Je combineert vakinhoudelijke betrokkenheid met het aansturen van mensen, het onderhouden van cliëntrelaties en het verbeteren van de praktijk. Je beoordeelt complexe dossiers, bespreekt financiële uitkomsten met ondernemers en helpt collega's om hun werk zorgvuldig en zelfstandig uit te voeren. Je zorgt voor duidelijke prioriteiten, een haalbare planning en tijdige afstemming wanneer een opdracht extra aandacht vraagt. Samen met de directie en de fiscale en juridische collega's werk je aan de verdere ontwikkeling van Accounting & Reporting. Daarbij kijk je zowel naar de inhoud van het werk als naar de manier waarop het team samenwerkt en opdrachten uitvoert.
