The posting

Dans un environnement industriel exigeant et en constante évolution, nous recherchons un(e) Manager Commercial(e) & Administratif(ve) trilingue capable de devenir un véritable pilier de l'entreprise.

Vous accompagnez, coordonnez et soutenez une équipe multidisciplinaire composée notamment des départements transport, logistique, comptabilité, administration commerciale et douane.

Personne de confiance, vous êtes à la fois un soutien pour les collaborateurs, un interlocuteur privilégié pour les clients stratégiques et un relais essentiel dans la prise de décision.

Management & Coordination

  • Encadrer, accompagner et faire grandir une équipe d'environ 5 collaborateurs.
  • Assurer la communication fluide entre la Direction et les différents services.
  • Soutenir les équipes dans la résolution des difficultés opérationnelles et administratives.
  • Veiller au respect des procédures et à l'organisation optimale des activités.
  • Favoriser un climat de travail positif, collaboratif et orienté résultats.

Développement commercial & relation clientèle

  • Entretenir des relations de qualité avec les clients stratégiques et partenaires clés.
  • Participer aux réunions commerciales et opérationnelles.
  • Identifier les opportunités de développement et proposer des solutions adaptées aux besoins des clients.
  • Représenter l'entreprise lors de visites clients ou d'événements professionnels.
  • Garantir un niveau d'excellence dans la communication et le suivi commercial.

Support administratif & opérationnel

  • Superviser les activités administratives liées aux ventes, au transport, à la logistique et à la douane.
  • Veiller à la bonne circulation des informations entre les différents départements.
  • Participer activement aux projets d'amélioration continue.
  • Assurer un reporting régulier auprès de la Direction.
  • Vous disposez d'une expérience confirmée dans une fonction de coordination, de management ou de gestion administrative et commerciale.
  • Vous êtes parfaitement trilingue : français, néerlandais et anglais.
  • Vous possédez d'excellentes capacités de communication, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit.
  • Vous êtes à l'aise aussi bien sur le terrain qu'au bureau.
  • Vous savez fédérer une équipe, gérer les priorités et prendre des décisions.
  • Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre sens des responsabilités, votre discrétion et votre fiabilité.
  • Une expérience dans un environnement industriel, chimique ou logistique constitue un sérieux atout.
