The posting

Pour une entreprise active dans le secteur chimique de la région, nous recherchons un(e) manager commercial(e) & administratif(ve) trilingue.

Véritable pilier de l'organisation, vous coordonnez les activités des services transport, logistique, administration, comptabilité et douane, tout en encadrant une équipe d'une dizaine de collaborateurs. Vous veillez au bon fonctionnement des opérations et assurez un suivi de qualité auprès des clients et partenaires de l'entreprise.

Vos principales responsabilités :

  • Manager et accompagner les équipes au quotidien ;
  • Assurer une communication fluide entre la Direction et les différents départements ;
  • Garantir un suivi efficace des dossiers clients et des opérations ;
  • Superviser les activités administratives et opérationnelles ;
  • Participer à l'amélioration continue et à l'optimisation des processus.

Un poste à responsabilités mêlant management, coordination et organisation, au cœur d'un environnement industriel stimulant.

  • Vous disposez d'une expérience confirmée dans une fonction de coordination, de management ou de gestion administrative et commerciale ;
  • Vous êtes parfaitement trilingue : français, néerlandais et anglais ;
  • Vous possédez d'excellentes capacités de communication, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit ;
  • Vous êtes à l'aise aussi bien sur le terrain qu'au bureau ;
  • Vous savez fédérer une équipe, gérer les priorités et prendre des décisions ;
  • Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre sens des responsabilités, votre discrétion et votre fiabilité ;
  • Une expérience dans un environnement industriel, chimique ou logistique constitue un sérieux atout !
