Wil jij samen met adviseurs bouwen aan een sterke adviesfunctie, de verbinding leggen tussen kennis, beleid en praktijk en bijdragen aan een sterker cultureel ecosysteem? Lees dan verder. Functieomschrijving De manager advies maakt deel uit van het MT, dat samen als één team werkt en verantwoordelijkheid draagt voor de koers, resultaten en toekomst van de organisatie. Je geeft leiding aan de afdeling advies (circa 16 medewerkers) en bent verantwoordelijk voor de kwaliteit, ontwikkeling en zichtbaarheid van de afdeling. De afdeling advies levert een belangrijke bijdrage aan de missie van LKCA door kennis, beleid en praktijk met elkaar te verbinden en ontwikkelingen in het werkveld te vertalen naar bruikbare inzichten, handelingsperspectieven en strategische keuzes. De adviesfunctie is volop in beweging. Adviseurs treden steeds nadrukkelijker op als strategisch gesprekspartner, verbinder en ambassadeur van LKCA. Jij brengt richting, focus en samenhang en creëert de voorwaarden waaronder medewerkers deze rol gezamenlijk verder kunnen invullen. Daarbij versterk je de samenwerking met de afdeling onderzoek en andere disciplines binnen LKCA. Samen met je afdeling draag je bij aan de maatschappelijke opgaven van LKCA: het versterken van kansengelijkheid en veerkracht door middel van cultuureducatie en amateurkunst.
