- HBO - Zwolle Je bent een ervaren manager in de installatietechniek, of je bent klaar om die stap overtuigend te zetten. Je zoekt meer invloed, verantwoordelijkheid en ondernemerschap, en krijgt energie van het bouwen aan een sterke projectafdeling. Bij HulstFlier krijg je de kans om de afdeling Projecten van 35 collega's verder uit te bouwen en door te laten groeien naar de volgende fase. De afdeling Projecten Zwolle van HulstFlier is de afgelopen jaren sterk gegroeid. Onder leiding van Rob, directeur, en Chris, senior projectleider, is de afdeling uitgebouwd naar een omvang van ongeveer 10 miljoen euro. Samen zijn er mooie projecten in woningbouw, appartementencomplexen en kleinschalige utiliteit gerealiseerd. De ambitie is helder: minimaal 10% omzetgroei per jaar tot en met 2030, met behoud van kwaliteit, rendement en werkplezier. Dat vraagt om leiderschap, structuur, ondernemerschap en iemand die mensen durft aan te spreken én verder helpt groeien. Waarom deze functie interessant is Met een technisch sterk team staat er een goede basis. Je stapt in op een belangrijk moment: de afdeling groeit en wil slimmer, voorspelbaarder en minder persoonsafhankelijk werken. Nu is de projectleider vaak nog de centrale regelaar binnen een project. We willen toe naar een procesgedreven afdeling waarin afspraken, planning en voortgang duidelijk zijn geborgd. Zo ontstaat meer rust en overzicht, zonder de klantgerichte aanpak van HulstFlier te verliezen. Jij brengt structuur, duidelijkheid en eigenaarschap. Je bent zichtbaar op de afdeling, begrijpt de praktijk en weet mensen mee te krijgen in verandering. Concreet ben je verantwoordelijk voor: - het realiseren van een klanttevredenheid van 8+; - het realiseren van gezonde omzetgroei van minimaal 10% per jaar; - het sturen op budget, planning, rendement, kwaliteit; - het bewaken van de capaciteit, bezetting en ontwikkeling van mensen binnen de afdeling; - het versterken van samenwerk...
