Was dich erwartet: * Du übernimmst eine führende Rolle in komplexen Beratungsprojekten im Bereich Workforce und HR-Transformation - von der inhaltlichen Konzeption bis zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung. * Du leitest (Teil-)Projekte bei Organisationstransformationen, Workforce-Strategien und der Weiterentwicklung von HR Operating Models. * Als zentrale:r Ansprechpartner:in für Senior Stakeholder baust du nachhaltige Kundenbeziehungen auf. * Du steuerst Projektteams, förderst die Entwicklung von Junior Consultants und übernimmst fachliches Coaching, zudem treibst du Business Development Aktivitäten voran (z. B. Angebote, Pitches, Thought Leadership) und trägst zur Marktentwicklung bei. * Du entwickelst unsere Methoden, Assets und Go-to-Market Ansätze im Bereich Human Capital kontinuierlich weiter.

Qualifikationen * Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium (Uni oder FH) und verfügst über mindestens 7-10 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung in der Unternehmensberatung oder in einer vergleichbaren strategischen HR-/Transformationsrolle. * Du bringst fundierte Expertise in einem oder mehreren der folgenden Bereiche mit: Workforce Transformation, HR-Transformation, Strategic Workforce Planning, Talent Management, HR Operating Models oder Digitalisierung im HR. * Du pflegst einen unternehmerischen, eigenverantwortlichen und flexiblen Arbeitsstil * Du hast eine hohe Kund:innenorientierung und freude an der Arbeit im Team * Du überzeugst durch starke Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch
