Stellenbeschreibung Du hast Spaß daran Prozesse zu optimieren und mit neuen Technologien zu arbeiten? In unserem Team entwickelst du innovative Lösungen, um unsere Kundinnen und Kunden auf die digitale Zukunft vorzubereiten.

Was dich erwartet: * Strategische Gestaltung: Als Verantwortliche_r für unser Power BI Service Portfolio gestaltest du die Zukunft unserer BI-Lösungen und entwickelst diese kontinuierlich weiter. * Projektarbeit: Du leitest und konzipierst BI-Lösungen für unsere Kunden über den gesamten Projektlebenszyklus - von der Anforderungsanalyse bis zum erfolgreichen Go-Live. * Kundenberatung: Als Expert_in gestaltest du überzeugende Workshops, unterstützt im Rahmen von Sales-Aktivitäten und positionierst unser Angebot erfolgreich am Markt. * Leadership: Du übernimmst die fachliche Führung unserer BI-Consultants, agierst als Coach und förderst deren Entwicklung durch konstruktives Feedback.

Qualifikationen * Ausbildung: Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium mit wirtschaftlichem oder technischem Schwerpunkt (z.B. Wirtschaftsinformatik) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation. * Berufserfahrung: Du bringst mindestens 5 Jahre praktische Erfahrung im BI- oder Daten-Umfeld, idealerweise in der Beratung * Technische Skills: Du beherrschst das Microsoft BI-Ökosystem und bringst fundierte Kenntnisse in folgenden Bereichen mit: - Expertenwissen in Power BI (DAX, Power Query, Datenmodellierung) - Solider Umgang mit SQL und DWH-Architekturen - Praktische Umsetzungserfahrung bei ETL-Prozessen * Business-Verständnis: Du verbindest deine technische Expertise mit einem betriebswirtschaftlichen Verständnis, um als Übersetzer_in zwischen Fachbereich und IT zu agieren. * Soft Skills: Du bist ein Teamplayer mit überzeugenden Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch. * Mindset: Du begeisterst dich für neue Technologien (z.B. Generative AI), denkst lösungsorientiert und willst dich stetig weiterentwickeln.
