Over de functie Als (Junior) Manager Audit ben je verantwoordelijk voor het begeleiden van uiteenlopende controleopdrachten voor een gevarieerde klantenportefeuille binnen het MKB en grotere ondernemingen. Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten tijdens de controle en zorgt ervoor dat opdrachten efficiënt en kwalitatief worden uitgevoerd. Daarbij stuur je assistent-accountants en controleleiders aan, bewaak je de planning en draag je actief bij aan de ontwikkeling van het team. Je werkt nauw samen met de auditpartners en krijgt de ruimte om mee te denken over de verdere groei en kwaliteit van de auditpraktijk. Functie-eisen • Afgeronde hbo- of wo-opleiding Accountancy, Bedrijfseconomie of een vergelijkbare richting. • Bezig met of afgeronde RA-opleiding. • Minimaal 4 ervaring binnen de auditpraktijk. • Ervaring met het begeleiden van controleopdrachten en het aansturen van (junior) collega's. • Beschikbaar voor minimaal 32 uur per week.
