Jouw functie als manager audit Als manager audit stuur je bij verschillende mkb-klanten de audits aan en bewaak je de kwaliteit van dossiers. Je zit bij klanten op locatie voor afstemming en begeleiding van controles. Daarnaast coach en begeleid je assistenten en supervisors in hun ontwikkeling. Dit worden verder jouw werkzaamheden: - Afstemming met externe accountants over voortgang en kwaliteit van lopende controles. - Voorbereiden en voeren van eindbesprekingen van controles. - Betrokken zijn bij personeelszaken, zoals het voeren van sollicitatiegesprekken. - Fungeren als mentor en aanspreekpunt binnen het team. - Ruimte en vrijheid om de rol zelf in te vullen. Wat zoeken wij Ben jij onze nieuwe manager audit? Dan ben je: - In de afrondende fase van de studie voor je RA-titel of in het bezit van je RA-titel. - Ervaren in het begeleiden van collega's en teams. - Ervaren in het sturen van dossiers en klanten. Werken bij het auditteam in Rotterdam Als nieuwe auditcollega werk je op de vestiging in Rotterdam, samen met ongeveer 100 collega's verspreid over de fiscale praktijk, accountancy & adviespraktijk, auditpraktijk en gespecialiseerde adviesdiensten.
