Bij deze internationale machinebouwer in Koog aan de Zaan combineer je projectcoördinatie met het standaardiseren en modulair opbouwen van de automatisering binnen het machineportfolio. Functie-inhoud - Leidinggeven aan circa 5 Automation Engineers en hun kennisdeling en professionele groei stimuleren - De ontwikkeling van hardware en software voor machines coördineren - Automatiseringsprojecten voor de cacao-, chocolade- en notenindustrie begeleiden - Ondersteuning bieden bij de inbedrijfstelling van machines op locatie - Een visie op standaardisatie en modulaire hardware en software ontwikkelen en uitvoeren - Het afdelingsplan opstellen en planning, levertijden en budgetten bewaken Functie-eisen - Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare leidinggevende functie binnen een internationale omgeving - Een afgeronde hbo-opleiding Elektrotechniek of vergelijkbaar - Grondige kennis van Siemens industriële automatisering - Bij voorkeur kennis van CE-veiligheidsnormen - Uitstekende beheersing van Nederlands en Engels; Duits is een pré - Je neemt initiatief, werkt zelfstandig en stuurt op resultaat Aanbod - Vrijheid en verantwoordelijkheid passend bij je achtergrond en ervaring - Minimaal 32 vakantiedagen per jaar - Mogelijkheden voor interne trainingen en opleidingen - Een voordelige arbeidsongeschiktheidsverzekering en korting op zorg- en andere verzekeringen - Een fiscale regeling voor de aanschaf van een fiets - Een informele werksfeer met circa 150 collega’s in Nederland - Een werkplek aan de Zaan, goed bereikbaar met openbaar vervoer en auto
