Manager Mens, Organisatie en Ontwikkeling Als Manager Mens, Organisatie en Ontwikkeling vervul je een stevige strategische positie binnen het Maasstad ziekenhuis, maak je deel uit van het centrale managementteam en rapporteer je aan de Raad van Bestuur. 36 - 36 Uur Academisch € 7901 Tot € 11865 Aan de slag als Manager Mens, Organisatie en Ontwikkeling Als Manager Mens, Organisatie en Ontwikkeling vervul je een stevige strategische positie binnen het Maasstad ziekenhuis, maak je deel uit van het centrale managementteam en rapporteer je aan de Raad van Bestuur. Je geeft leiding aan de afdeling MO&O met circa 90 medewerkers, verdeeld over teams op het gebied van HR-dienstverlening en de Maasstad Academie. Je bent sparringpartner van en adviseur voor de Raad van Bestuur en andere interne stakeholders. Je schakelt tussen strategisch, tactisch en operationeel niveau en combineert het leidinggeven aan de afdeling met een organisatiebrede focus op de doorontwikkeling van het ziekenhuis. Vanuit die positie stuur je op de ontwikkeling van strategisch HR-beleid, bedrijfscultuur, leer- en ontwikkelklimaat en sociale veiligheid. Je vertaalt de ziekenhuisstrategie naar concrete samenwerkingsvormen, programma's en acties en positioneert MO&O als een adviserend en ondersteunend partner, dicht op de zorg. Daarnaast bouw je aan een stabiel en krachtig MO&O-team door te investeren in de rolontwikkeling van teamleiders en professionals en de verdere integratie van HR, leren en ontwikkelen en wetenschap. Profiel: Je bent een stevige, mensgerichte en strategische leider die richting geeft aan een afdeling in beweging. Je verbindt visie aan uitvoering en houdt met overtuiging en sensitiviteit koers in een dynamische omgeving. Als natuurlijke verbinder beweeg je moeiteloos tussen zorgprofessionals, management, raad van bestuur en externe stakeholders. Je weet daarbij draagvlak te creëren en besluiten te nemen die bijdragen aan het grotere geheel...
