Wat ga je doen? Als Manager Bedrijfsvoering stuur en bewaak je de dagelijkse operatie. Je werkt nauw samen met verschillende afdelingen en zorgt ervoor dat processen goed op elkaar aansluiten. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Aansturen en optimaliseren van processen rondom personeel, huisvesting, wagenpark en logistiek; - Signaleren van knelpunten en realiseren van procesverbeteringen; - Samenwerken met recruitment, planning, staffing en facility; - Bewaken van kwaliteit en efficiëntie binnen de operatie; - Stellen van prioriteiten en snel schakelen bij operationele vraagstukken; - Rapporteren aan de directie en bijdragen aan verdere groei en professionalisering. Wat breng je mee? Je bent een daadkrachtige en ondernemende manager die makkelijk het overzicht bewaart en mensen en afdelingen met elkaar weet te verbinden. Daarnaast heb je: - Ervaring in een operationele managementfunctie; - Ervaring met het verbeteren en optimaliseren van processen; - Sterke organisatorische en communicatieve vaardigheden; - Een proactieve en resultaatgerichte instelling; - Het vermogen om ook onder druk beslissingen te nemen en prioriteiten te stellen. Ervaring binnen de flexbranche of logistieke dienstverlening is een pré.
