Als manager bedrijfsvoering zorg je ervoor dat Huis in de Stad organisatorisch sterk staat. Je geeft richting aan de financiële, administratieve, logistieke, facilitaire en digitale werking en zorgt ervoor dat mensen, middelen, processen en infrastructuur onze zorg en dienstverlening optimaal ondersteunen.

Je maakt deel uit van het managementteam en denkt mee over de verdere ontwikkeling van onze organisatie. Je combineert strategisch inzicht met een sterke organisatorische aanpak en weet mensen mee te nemen in verandering.

Jouw rol

Als manager bedrijfsvoering combineer je visie, leidinggeven, organisatieontwikkeling en strategisch meedenken.

Enkele van je verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Beheren en opvolgen van infrastructuur, facilitaire werking en ICT.
  • Uitbouwen van digitalisering en procesoptimalisatie binnen de organisatie.
  • Coördineren en opvolgen van investeringsprojecten en infrastructuurdossiers.
  • Verantwoordelijk voor veiligheid, preventie en opvolging van de regelgeving.
  • Ondersteunen van het managementteam met bedrijfsmatige en financiële inzichten.
  • Meebouwen aan een toekomstgerichte en efficiënte organisatie.
  • Samenwerken met andere managers en bijdragen aan organisatiebrede beslissingen.
  • Onderhouden van contacten met externe partners, leveranciers en subsidiërende overheden.

We zoeken een master in een technische, economische of bedrijfskundige richting of gelijkgesteld in ervaring die:

• Een sterk organisatorisch en analytisch inzicht heeft en besluitvaardig en resultaatgericht handelt.

• Vlot schakelt tussen strategisch denken en praktische uitvoering.

• Minimum 3 jaar ervaring heeft met leidinggeven en het aansturen van teams.

• Beschikt over kennis van of affiniteit met financiën, bedrijfsvoering of ondersteunende processen.

• Gestructureerd en oplossingsgericht werkt.

• Samenwerking stimuleert en verantwoordelijkheid opneemt.

• Zich herkent in de waarden en werking van Huis in de Stad.

• Communicatief sterk is en op een verbindende manier leidinggeeft.
