Een omgeving waar jij als manager behandelzaken niet alleen richting geeft, maar ook daadwerkelijk verschil maakt voor onze jonge cliënten van 4 tot 25 jaar. In onze polikliniek in Katwijk werk je met een bevlogen en zelfstandig team dat iedere dag het beste uit zichzelf haalt. Het team is divers, verdiepend en sterk inhoudelijk gedreven: een plek waar behandelaren en therapeuten elkaar versterken en samenbouwen aan herstelgerichte zorg. In deze functie combineer je 8 uur managementtaken met minimaal 16 uur als regiebehandelaar, mét de mogelijkheid om ook zelf behandeling te bieden. Je hebt daarnaast flexibiliteit om tussen 24 en 36 uur per week te werken. Jouw talent ligt in het verbinden van mensen, het zien en benutten van ieders kracht en het stimuleren van ontwikkeling - zowel van de afdeling als van de zorgverleners zelf. Je denkt actief mee in de doorontwikkeling van de poli en speelt een cruciale rol in thema's als herstelgericht werken en transitiepsychiatrie. Je werkt nauw samen met je collega-manager algemene zaken en schakelt makkelijk met collega's binnen het managementteam. Daarnaast heb je een belangrijke opdracht in het versterken van de samenwerking met onze ketenpartners. Wie ben jij?
