Als Manager Beleid, Kwaliteit en Veiligheid (BKV) speel je een cruciale rol in het professionaliseren van de beleidsontwikkeling, borging en compliance van InteraktContour. In een sterk veranderende zorgwereld verbind jij de strategische ambities met de operationele uitvoering. Organisatie InteraktContour is een toonaangevende zorgorganisatie die zich richt op mensen die leven met de gevolgen van hersenletsel dat is ontstaan door bijvoorbeeld een beroerte, ongeluk, tumor of ziekte. Hersenletsel verandert een leven ingrijpend. Vanuit de overtuiging dat er altijd iets mogelijk is, bieden ze mensen met hersenletsel en hun naasten gespecialiseerde behandeling, begeleiding, wonen en zorg. Altijd met aandacht voor wat iemand wél kan, wil en nodig heeft. Met ruim 1.600 medewerkers bieden ze zorg aan ongeveer 4.500 cliënten in de regio's Utrecht, Flevoland, Gelderland en Overijssel. Met ruim zestig jaar ervaring behoort InteraktContour tot de gespecialiseerde organisaties voor hersenletsel in Nederland. InteraktContour zet haar expertise in, ontwikkelt nieuwe kennis en deelt die actief met professionals, organisaties en samenwerkingspartners. Om ook in de toekomst toonaangevend te blijven, bevindt InteraktContour zich in een krachtige strategische transformatie. Met de koers 2024-2028 bouwen ze gerichter dan ooit aan een wendbare, strategisch sterke en marktgerichte organisatie.
