Je bent sterk gericht op het behalen van goede resultaten en ondersteunt jouw teams om een zo hoog mogelijk prestatieniveau te bereiken. Je stimuleert vakmanschap en eigenaarschap door te werken aan de kwaliteit van de dienstverlening en aan persoonlijke ontwikkeling van de medewerkers in je team. In deze functie geef je leiding aan multidisciplinaire teams bestaande uit medewerkers bezwaar, beroep en hoger beroep, arbeidsdeskundigen, verzekeringsartsen, medisch secretaresses en administratief medewerkers. Je werkt nauw samen met collega-managers en zoekt de samenwerking op met de inhoudelijke staf. Je maakt deel uit van het districtsmanagementteam en levert vanuit deze rol een proactieve bijdrage aan het beleid en het jaarplan van het district en je vertaalt dit naar afspraken met je teams. Over de resultaten en de wijze van aansturing, leg je verantwoording af aan je districtsmanager.
