Functieomschrijving Als Manager Bouwplaats(kosten) ben jij de spil op de bouwplaats. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse aansturing van het bouwproces en zorgt ervoor dat projecten binnen budget, planning en volgens de hoogste kwaliteitseisen worden opgeleverd. Je werkt nauw samen met opdrachtgevers, aannemers, onderaannemers en interne adviseurs. Jouw technische kennis en ervaring zorgen ervoor dat uitdagingen snel worden opgepakt en opgelost. Daarnaast houd je scherp toezicht op de financiële kant van het project en stuur je bij waar nodig.
