The organisation operates in a dynamic production environment where quality, efficiency, innovation and reliability of supply are key. Position The Manager Business Control plays a key role in proactively improving business performance by managing and further developing financial processes. As a strategic business partner, you support management by providing both solicited and unsolicited advice on opportunities to improve performance in the short and longer term. The focus is on analysing financial data, identifying opportunities for improvement and initiating concrete actions that contribute to the organisation's operational and strategic objectives. We are looking for an energetic and driven professional who not only understands the business, but actively helps to move it forward. The Manager Business Control is a member of the Operations Team and reports directly to the CFO and you will be closely connected to the operation. - Prepare financial reports and analyses for Operations based on period-end financial information provided by the Finance department; - Develop a detailed understanding of the full cost structure, identifying where value is created, where margins are under pressure and where targeted optimisation can make a difference; - Actively drive performance by consistently translating operational realities into financial impact; - Act as a strong business partner to Operations and management, contributing commerci...
