Cette fiduciaire cherche un comptable capable de prendre le volant.

Avec minimum 8 ans d'expérience en fiduciaire, vous devenez la personne vers qui l'équipe se tourne lorsqu'un dossier se complexifie, qu'un client a besoin d'un vrai conseil ou qu'une décision doit être prise.

Pas de micro-management ni de planning imposé au millimètre : vous savez ce que vous avez à faire, on vous laisse la liberté de décider comment le faire. Le résultat ? Une équipe soudée, des clients variés, des responsabilités qui ont du sens et suffisamment de respiration pour ne pas vivre au rythme des deadlines.

Vos responsabilités

Ici, vous ne serez pas simplement responsable de « vos dossiers ». Votre rôle sera plus transversal :

  • Piloter des dossiers complexes avec autonomie, rigueur et sens du détail.
  • Être l'interlocuteur privilégié de clients qui attendent davantage qu'une simple comptabilité.
  • Faire monter l'équipe en puissance, en apportant votre expérience et en accompagnant les comptables au quotidien.
  • Identifier les bonnes pratiques, structurer lorsque c'est nécessaire et contribuer à faire évoluer la manière de travailler.

Le profil qui fera la différence

On ne cherche pas nécessairement le CV le plus long, mais quelqu'un qui a suffisamment de bouteille pour savoir quand prendre les commandes et quand laisser de l'espace.

  • Bachelier en comptabilité ; un master est un plus.
  • Minimum 5 ans d'expérience en fiduciaire en Belgique, hors stage.
  • Une vraie maîtrise des dossiers comptables complexes.
  • L'envie et les épaules pour encadrer une équipe expérimentée.
  • Un intérêt pour le titre ITAA, avec la volonté de continuer à évoluer.
  • Un bon contact humain : ici, le client n'est pas juste un numéro de dossier.
