The posting

Voor Groep Blancquaert zoeken we een Manager Claims die, naast de rol van expert schade de leiding neemt over het team van schadebeheerders (12 FTE's) dat zich over verschillende kantoren situeert. Je bent een verbindende schakel binnen jouw team en combineert operationele, technische expertise met leiderschap, coaching en HR-verantwoordelijkheden. Je wordt verantwoordelijk voor het operationele leiderschap zoals het aansturen van jouw team over verschillende kantoren heen. Daarnaast zorg je voor de technische expertise die je inzet voor oplossen van complexe claims en fungeer je als eerste aanspreekpunt bij complexe dossiers en technische escalaties. Je neemt ook de teamcoördinatie op jou, het plannen, delegeren en uiteraard de opvolging. Je plant daarvoor overlegmomenten met je collega's en rapporteert duidelijk naar het management. Tot slot zorg je ook voor de coaching en opleiding van je collega's. Je wordt met andere woorden niet alleen het gezicht van je team, maar ook van Group Blancquaert.

Wij zijn op zoek naar een ervaren professional met leidinggevende ambities en vergaande kennis van verscheidene verzekeringsproducten. Uiteraard heb je als doel deze kennis verder door te geven en je team van schadebeheerders te laten groeien tot echte experten.

Je combineert sterk inzicht in interne en externe processen met een duidelijke focus op efficiëntie en klantentevredenheid.

Communicatief vaardig, analytisch, probleemoplossend en resultaatgericht, zo pak jij uitdagingen aan. Daarnaast ben je bereid om deel te nemen aan netwerkevents en integratietrajecten binnen de organisatie.
