Die koers ligt er: de Visie 2035 - betekenisvol leven. Als spil binnen de VGN geef jij richting en uitvoering aan de strategie van de VGN. Je zorgt samen met betrokken collega's dat de Visie 2035 krachtig landt bij de leden én impact maakt bij de externe stakeholders. Ingewikkeld? Soms. Uitdagend en grensverleggend? Absoluut! Over VGN VGN is de branchevereniging voor ongeveer 180 organisaties (leden) die professionele ondersteuning bieden aan mensen met een beperking. Vanuit de kantoorlocatie in Utrecht werkt VGN met ongeveer 60 medewerkers passievol voor de belangen van haar leden en voor de doelgroep. Collegiale verhoudingen en een grote onderlinge betrokkenheid kenmerkt de cultuur van de organisatie. Er wordt samengewerkt aan kwaliteit en inhoud van ondersteuning en zorg, aantrekkelijk werk en modern werkgeverschap, financiering, wet- en regelgeving en de recent opgestelde Visie 2035 als koersdocument voor de sector. Het doel is om toe te werken naar een samenleving in 2035 waarin iedereen een betekenisvol leven kan leiden, erbij hoort, zich persoonlijk kan ontwikkelen en waardevolle relaties heeft.
