L'objectif de cette fiduciaire est clair : trouver un comptable capable de devenir un véritable relais des associés et de participer activement à la construction de la prochaine étape de l'entreprise.

Créée autour d'une vision entrepreneuriale forte, cette fiduciaire connaît aujourd'hui une croissance remarquable : son chiffre d'affaires a connu une progression très soutenue en quelques années. Une évolution portée par une approche simple mais efficace : privilégier la qualité du service, investir dans la digitalisation et développer une clientèle fidèle principalement grâce au bouche-à-oreille.

La vision à long terme est ambitieuse : construire un véritable écosystème autour des clients, en développant progressivement des services complémentaires dans les domaines de l'assurance, du financement immobilier et de l'accompagnement patrimonial.

Pour accompagner cette évolution, les associés recherchent un Manager agréé qui souhaite s'inscrire dans un projet entrepreneurial, avec une réelle autonomie et une place centrale dans l'organisation.

Votre rôle de Manager Comptable

Votre mission ne se limitera pas à superviser des dossiers. Vous deviendrez un point de référence pour l'équipe et les clients.

Concrètement, vous serez amené à :

  • Accompagner une équipe composée principalement de profils expérimentés.
  • Organiser la répartition des dossiers et assurer le suivi opérationnel de l'équipe.
  • Apporter votre expertise sur des dossiers comptables et fiscaux complexes.
  • Participer aux rendez-vous clients et jouer un rôle de conseiller privilégié.
  • Être un véritable bras droit des associés dans la gestion quotidienne et le développement de la structure.

L'objectif est clair : permettre aux associés de continuer à développer l'entreprise tout en s'appuyant sur une personne de confiance capable de prendre des responsabilités importantes.

Votre profil de Manager Comptable

Cette opportunité s'adresse à un profil qui souhaite avoir un impact, et pas simplement gérer une liste de dossiers.

Vous êtes idéalement :

  • Titulaire d'un agrément ITAA ou en voie d'acquisition.
  • Min. 8 ans d'expérience.
  • À l'aise avec des dossiers complexes et une clientèle exigeante.
  • Capable de structurer, conseiller et faire évoluer une équipe.
  • Une personne fiable, autonome et capable de prendre des décisions.
