Manager Consultant Change Acceleration Als Management Consultant in het Program & Change Acceleration team help je klanten met het bereiken van de toekomst die zij voor ogen hebben in grootschalige verandertrajecten. Wij realiseren transformaties met een focus op duurzame gedragsverandering. Als manager houd je je bezig met opzetten van veranderprogramma's en het realiseren van complexe verandertrajecten zoals digitale veranderingen, reorganisaties, implementaties en/of procesverbeteringen. Binnen het team helpen we elkaar graag. Je coacht collega's in hun rol en draagt bij aan het ontwikkelen van nieuwe kennis op het gebied van verandermanagement. Met het internationale netwerk van Capgemini en een groot aanbod aan interne en externe trainingen heb je voldoende kansen om jezelf te blijven ontwikkelen. - Uren: 32-40 uur - Werkplek: Utrecht en remote - Ervaring: medior/senior Jouw mogelijkheden als Management Consultant Change Acceleration bij Capgemini Invent Als Management Consultant Change Acceleration werk je mee aan grootschalige verandertrajecten die van strategisch belang zijn voor (inter)nationaal opererende bedrijven, zodat deze optimaal kunnen inspelen op digitale ontwikkelingen. Binnen Program & Change Acceleration richten we ons op de combinatie van de volgende gebieden: digitale- en IT-transformaties, organisatorische verandering en gedragsverandering. Denk bijvoorbeeld aan een organisatieverandering door het verbeteren van processen en de impact daarvan op de manier van werken, de rollen en verantwoordelijkheden. Een ander voorbeeld is een organisatie die meer data-gedreven gaat werken en ons vraagt om te zorgen daarmee meer impact te maken. Je denkt mee over welke stappen en acties nodig zijn om verandering te realiseren. Je begeleidt teams en management tijdens transformaties. Je zorgt ervoor dat de resultaten van de verandering duurzaam zijn en je legt de basis voor continu verbeteren. Daarbij gebruiken we de nieu...
