- Manager Content Marketing Geef richting aan contentmarketing en benut AI voor een sterkere klantbeleving en meetbare groei. . - Regio Almelo - 36 - 40 uur - €5.100 t/m €6.600 - Op locatie/hybride Jouw rol Als Manager Content Marketing ben je verantwoordelijk voor de contentstrategie en hoe deze bijdraagt aan online groei. Je bepaalt welke rol content speelt in de online winkelervaring en vertaalt commerciële doelstellingen naar duidelijke prioriteiten. Daarbij stuur je op samenhang tussen inhoud, beeld, technologie en resultaat. Je kijkt verder dan afzonderlijke campagnes of publicaties. Hoe helpt content bezoekers bij het maken van een keuze? Welke informatie is op welk moment nodig? En hoe organiseer je de productie zonder in te leveren op kwaliteit? Vanuit die vragen geef je richting aan de contentaanpak. Je leidt het contentteam en zorgt voor heldere doelen, verantwoordelijkheden en werkwijzen. Samen met andere disciplineverantwoordelijken werk je aan de digitale strategie. Je onderbouwt keuzes met data en gebruikersinzichten. AI en automatisering zet je gericht in om processen te verbeteren en ruimte te creëren voor inhoudelijke kwaliteit. In deze rol werk je aan de volgende verantwoordelijkheden: - Je ontwikkelt de contentstrategie en vertaalt deze naar een uitvoerbare aanpak voor het team - Je brengt verschillende contentvormen en kanalen samen in een consistente merkbeleving - Je verbetert contentprocessen en beoordeelt waar AI, automatisering en tooling waarde toevoegen - Je gebruikt data, gebruikersonderzoek en A/B-tests om keuzes te onderbouwen en prestaties te verbeteren - Je bepaalt de inzet van nieuwe formats, visuele content en content van gebruikers - Je coacht medewerkers, ontwikkelt hun kwaliteiten en begeleidt veranderingen in het vak - Je stemt prioriteiten af met andere disciplines en bewaakt de bijdrage van content aan vindbaarheid en conversie.
