Wil jij verbeteringen realiseren die direct zichtbaar zijn op de werkvloer? Als Manager Continuous Improvement bouw je aan een sterke verbetercultuur en vertaal je kansen naar concrete resultaten. Je krijgt veel ruimte om processen slimmer te maken en medewerkers mee te nemen in verandering. Wat ga je doen? Als Manager Continuous Improvement krijg je voor onze opdrachtgever een sleutelrol in het opzetten en verder ontwikkelen van Continuous Improvement. Je ontwikkelt een meerjarenaanpak en vertaalt deze naar concrete verbeterprojecten, KPI’s en werkwijzen. Daarbij analyseer je processen, prestaties en knelpunten binnen productie, operations en supply chain. Van kleine verbeteringen op de werkvloer tot grotere investeringsprojecten: jij bepaalt waar kansen liggen en maakt de mogelijke impact inzichtelijk. Ook ontwikkel en implementeer je een Daily Management System waarmee resultaten structureel gevolgd en verbeterd worden. Een belangrijk onderdeel van je functie is verandermanagement en het creëren van draagvlak. Je coacht medewerkers en leidinggevenden in continu verbeteren, eigenaarschap en probleemoplossend denken. Met Lean, procesoptimalisatie en KPI-sturing zorg je dat verbeteringen niet tijdelijk zijn, maar onderdeel worden van de dagelijkse werkwijze. Je schakelt daarbij tussen productie, supply chain, techniek, kwaliteit, finance en management. Daarnaast monitor je resultaten en besparingen en stuur je bij wanneer dat nodig is. Jouw werkzaamheden - Opzetten en uitrollen van een meerjarenprogramma voor Continuous Improvement; - Vertalen van KPI’s, procesafwijkingen en operationele prestaties naar concrete verbeterprojecten; - Ontwikkelen, implementeren en borgen van een Daily Management System; - Analyseren van processen en knelpunten en opstellen van gerichte verbeterplannen; - Initiëren en begeleiden van procesverbeteringen en grotere investeringsvoorstellen; - Coachen van medewerkers en leidinggevenden op continu verbeteren en probleemoplossend denken;..
