Afin de renforcer notre équipe Finance, nous recherchons notre futur responsable Contrôleur de Gestion.

Votre mission : piloter la performance et donner du sens aux chiffres

En tant que Responsable Contrôle de Gestion, vous occupez une fonction centrale au cœur de notre organisation. Véritable partenaire stratégique du Comité de Direction et des équipes opérationnelles, vous structurez, animez et développez le contrôle de gestion afin d'éclairer la prise de décision, d'optimiser la performance économique et d'accompagner la croissance durable de nos activités.

Vous encadrez directement une équipe de 5 contrôleurs de gestion, que vous fédérez, développez et faites évoluer dans une logique d'excellence, de collaboration et d'amélioration continue.

Vos responsabilités

  • Organiser, structurer et superviser l'élaboration des budgets, estimés et plans à long terme (PLT)
  • Garantir un reporting financier fiable, pertinent et orienté décision, à destination de la Direction et du Groupe
  • Animer la gestion de la performance, tant sur les analyses historiques que prévisionnelles, et assurer le suivi des plans d'actions
  • Accompagner les responsables opérationnels dans la gestion quotidienne, les études économiques, les projets, simulations et anticipations
  • Être garant(e) du respect des méthodes, normes, règles et procédures locales et Groupe
  • Contribuer activement à l'optimisation des outils et systèmes d'information de gestion (processus, paramétrages, qualité des données)
  • Veiller à la bonne application des règles fiscales, assurer la conformité et collaborer lors de contrôles éventuels
  • Anticiper, coordonner et suivre les audits internes et externes ainsi que les plans d'actions associés
  • Rédiger, mettre en place et contrôler les procédures de gestion
  • Manager, animer et développer une équipe de 5 contrôleurs de gestion, en favorisant l'autonomie, la montée en compétences et l'engagement
  • Diplôme d'études supérieures en sciences de gestion, commerce ou ingénieur avec orientation gestion/finances
  • Minimum 5 ans d'expérience en contrôle de gestion, avec expérience confirmée en management d'équipe en industrie (impératif)
  • Excellente maîtrise en Excel & SAP et aisance avec les outils de reporting
  • Bonne connaissance de l'anglais ; l'allemand est un atout
  • Esprit analytique et structuré, rigueur, fiabilité et pragmatisme
  • Leadership naturel, excellentes compétences relationnelles et capacité à fédérer
  • Proactivité et force de proposition, avec une réelle sensibilité à l'amélioration continue et à l'accompagnement du changement
  • Résistance au stress et sens des priorités, dans un environnement exigeant et stimulant
