Lees hieronder alle praktische informatie. Dagbeleving Hoe betaal je de dagbeleving? De dagbeleving op Zorggroep Grootenhout wordt gefinancierd via Zorg in Natura vanuit de Wet Langdurige Zorg. Dit betekent dat wij een contract hebben met het zorgkantoor en van hen rechtstreeks een vergoeding krijgen om onze dagbeleving te kunnen organiseren. Er zijn ook bezoekers met een WMO-indicatie van de gemeente. Omdat wij geen contracten hebben met gemeentes, moet aan hen toestemming worden gevraagd om het via Persoonsgebonden Budget (PGB) te betalen. Houd er rekening mee dat je dan zelf de administratie bij moet houden. Vervoer Vervoer dagbeleving Tot 20 kilometer wordt het vervoer naar de dagbeleving voor iedereen vergoed. Voor het vervoer werken wij samen met Van Helvoort Taxi. Dit is gecombineerd vervoer, dat betekent dat er meerdere mensen in de taxi zitten en het dus kan zijn dat iemand niet rechtstreeks van thuis naar de dagbeleving wordt gebracht maar eerst nog langs andere bezoekers gaat. Eten Wat eten wij op de dagbeleving? Uiteraard zorgen wij altijd voor iets lekkers bij de koffie. Ook worden er geregeld lekkere dingen gebakken. Op de dagbeleving eten we in de middag warm.
