Ben jij een leider met een coachende manier van leidinggeven? Dan gaan we graag met je in gesprek over de functie van Distributiecentrum Manager. Wat je gaat doen bij ons: Je geeft als manager van het distributiecentrum in Heerenveen rechtstreeks leiding aan 10-15 medewerkers en stuurt daarnaast chauffeurs aan. Je coacht en begeleidt hen en stemt met hen de dagelijkse operatie af op jouw eigen, energieke manier. Daarmee creëer jij een sfeer van openheid en vertrouwen waardoor zij als vanzelfsprekend zorg dragen voor ontvangst, opslag en uitlevering van de bestelde artikelen. Samen met hen kijk je naar het totaalplaatje van processen binnen het distributiecentrum. Wat gaat er goed en wat kan er beter? Jij signaleert, adviseert en implementeert verbeteringen en helpt actief de logistieke puzzel op te lossen, waarbij de focus altijd ligt bij een verbetering van de dienstverlening aan onze klanten. Flexibiliteit is daarbij uitermate belangrijk en jij gaat alleen voor goud als het gaat om de code veilig en gezond magazijn. Op een werkdag hou jij je onder andere bezig met de volgende werkzaamheden: Je houdt de productiviteit hoog, zodat je de afgesproken resultaten behaalt; Je bewaakt de kwaliteit van het logistieke proces; Je maakt een efficiënte en realistische planning van alle werkzaamheden en je personeel; het coachen, begeleiden en motiveren van medewerkers met diverse achtergronden, uit diverse culturen; Je voert werkoverleggen, functionerings- en beoordelingsgesprekken; Je initieert en zet logistieke projecten op om de werkwijze en processen in ons distributiecentrum te verbeteren.
