Als ESG Manager bij Altera krijg je de ruimte om ESG-ontwikkelingen te vertalen naar concrete inzichten, meetbare doelstellingen en verbeteringen. Je werkt aan onderwerpen die ertoe doen, binnen een organisatie die duurzaamheid structureel heeft verankerd en sinds 2026 B Corp-gecertificeerd is. Vanuit jouw inhoudelijke expertise draag je bij aan de ontwikkeling en uitvoering van onze ESG-strategie. Je analyseert ESG-prestaties, onderzoekt relevante thema's en volgt ontwikkelingen in de markt en wet- en regelgeving. Jouw bevindingen vertaal je naar heldere voorstellen voor de Team Lead ESG en andere collega's. Je voert de inhoudelijke regie over onze ESG-data en zorgt dat informatie betrouwbaar, toegankelijk en bruikbaar is. Daarmee maak je prestaties, risico's, kansen en de voortgang op onze ESG-doelstellingen inzichtelijk. Samen met andere afdelingen werk je aan de verdere digitalisering en automatisering van ESG-monitoring en -rapportages. Daarnaast coördineer je ESG-benchmarks en rapportages, zoals GRESB en UN PRI. Je bewaakt de kwaliteit en planning, analyseert de resultaten en zet deze om naar concrete verbetermogelijkheden. Je werkt nauw samen met collega's uit verschillende disciplines en helpt hen ESG te integreren in hun processen en besluitvorming. Daarbij weet je complexe informatie begrijpelijk over te brengen en mensen vanuit jouw expertise mee te nemen. Ook neem je graag deel aan externe kennisnetwerken, waar je kennis opdoet en deelt en Altera vertegenwoordigt op ESG-gebied.
