Onze afdeling Beheer en onderhoud groeit hard en speelt een steeds belangrijkere rol binnen ons bedrijf. Daarom zijn wij op zoek naar een Manager Beheer & Onderhoud die overzicht houdt, mensen weet te verbinden en verantwoordelijkheid durft te nemen. Dagelijks werken wij met een enthousiast team aan onder andere onderhouds-, renovatie-, restauratie- en bouwprojecten voor woningcorporaties, zorginstellingen, bedrijven en particulieren. Als Manager Beheer en onderhoud ben je eindverantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse aansturing en verdere ontwikkeling van de afdeling. Je stuurt projectleiders, werkvoorbereiders, uitvoerders, planners en andere collega's aan en zorgt ervoor dat projecten soepel verlopen op het gebied van kwaliteit, planning, veiligheid, financiën en klanttevredenheid. Je bent zowel operationeel als strategisch betrokken en denkt actief mee over de toekomst van de afdeling. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Aansturen en begeleiden van de afdeling Beheer & Onderhoud - Bewaken van planning, kwaliteit, veiligheid en voortgang - Onderhouden van relaties met opdrachtgevers en ketenpartners - Signaleren en doorvoeren van procesverbeteringen - Sture...
