Omdat Echt een kleiner filiaal is, sta je dicht bij de dagelijkse praktijk en ben je betrokken bij alles wat er op de vestiging gebeurt. Van het helpen van klanten en het coördineren van de verhuur tot het ondersteunen van je collega's: je krijgt veel verantwoordelijkheid en leert iedere dag bij. Je hoeft voor deze functie nog geen jarenlange ervaring als manager te hebben. We vinden het vooral belangrijk dat je graag wilt leren, verantwoordelijkheid durft te pakken en energie krijgt van het werken met klanten en collega's. Je wordt goed begeleid en krijgt de ruimte om jezelf stap voor stap te ontwikkelen in je rol. Zo leer je onder andere hoe je een team aanstuurt, hoe je de dagelijkse werkzaamheden organiseert en hoe je zorgt voor een goede klantbeleving. Je bent regelmatig op de werkvloer te vinden en springt waar nodig bij aan de balie of op het terrein. Juist doordat het een kleiner filiaal is, werk je nauw samen met je collega's en weet je goed wat er speelt. Je vindt het leuk om mee te denken, ziet waar dingen beter kunnen en durft zelf initiatief te nemen. Daarbij verlies je de klant natuurlijk nooit uit het oog. Jouw belangrijkste taken: - Ondersteunen bij de dagelijkse aansturing van het filiaal en het team. - Meewerken aan een goede en gastvrije klantbeleving. - Coördineren van het verhuurproces, van reservering tot retour. - Klanten adviseren over onze machines en materialen. - Zorgen dat de verhuurvloot netjes, compleet en verhuurklaar is. - Meewerken op de balie en op het terrein wanneer dat nodig is. - Jezelf ontwikkelen in leiderschap, commerciële vaardigheden en het organiseren van de dagelijkse operatie.
