The posting

En tant que Manager(euse) des Ressources Humaines spécialisé·(e) dans le secteur des nouvelles technologies, vous serez responsable des fonctions RH stratégiques et opérationnelles de l'entreprise. Vous interviendrez notamment sur :

  • Élaboration et mise en œuvre de la stratégie RH en accord avec la vision technologique de l'entreprise : gestion des talents, planification des effectifs, anticipation des compétences digitales.
  • Pilotage du cycle de vie des collaborateurs : recrutement, onboarding, formation, développement, mobilité interne, off-boarding.
  • Accompagnement au changement et transformation digitale des pratiques RH (outils HRIS, data RH, automatisation des processus).
  • Mise en place d'indicateurs RH (turnover, engagement, temps de recrutement, compétences critiques) et dashboards pour la direction.
  • Conseil stratégique auprès du top-management et des managers opérationnels sur la gestion des talents, la culture d'innovation, l'organisation agile.
  • Veille et application de la législation sociale belge (et internationale le cas échéant), relations avec les instances représentatives, respect des obligations compliance.
  • Animation d'un ou plusieurs projets majeurs RH (culture d'entreprise, employer branding, diversité & inclusion, flexibilité, travail hybride).
  • Encadrement possible d'une équipe RH (référents, coordinateurs).

Profil recherché

  • Minimum 15 ans d'expérience significative dans les Ressources Humaines, dont plusieurs années dans un rôle de manager RH, idéalement dans un environnement technologique ou innovant.
  • Diplôme supérieur (Master ou Bachelort) en Langues, Psychologie, ou domaine connexe.
  • Maîtrise parfaite du français et de l'anglais, à l'écrit et à l'oral.
  • Excellente connaissance du droit du travail belge, ainsi que des enjeux RH dans un contexte international ou technologique.
  • Expérience confirmée dans la transformation digitale des RH, la gestion des talents dans des métiers technologiques, et la mise en place d'outils RH modernes (HRIS, Analytics).
  • Compétences avérées en leadership, communication, change-management, et capacité à influencer les parties prenantes à tous niveaux de l'organisation.
  • Esprit stratégique, pragmatique, orienté résultats, et attaché à développer une culture d'entreprise innovante et inclusive.
